Three hour dogsledding tour

A guide will mush the team while you sit comfortably on the sled!

We pick you up at your hotel and drive you to our starting place. From there we will go out with a dogsled. You will be sitting comfortably on a big sled, while the guide is mushing the team. We’ll stop at a traditional tipitent in the forest and we will grill sausages and make coffee over a fire. There will be good opportunities for meeting the dogs and taking pictures. After coffee we continue our trip and head back for the kennels. We’ll drive you back to your hotel after the tour.

Mushing your own dogteam

Experience driving your own sled on a daytrip! Basic level of fitness and balance required!

We pick you up at your hotel and drive you to our huskyfarm in Kåskats. After an instruction, we’ll go out with the dogsleds. You will mush your own team of 3-4 dogs, and a guide will mush his or her own team in the front. We’ll stop at a traditional tipitent in the forest to make lunch over a fire. There will be good opportunities during lunch for meeting the dogs and taking pictures. After lunch we’ll head back to the kennels. We’ll drive you back to your hotel after the tour.

Overnight trip with dogsleds

Mush your own team of huskies during this two day tour!

We will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to our kennel in Kåskats. We pack the sleds with equipment for two days out an we will teach you the basics of mushing your own dogteam. You will mush your own team of huskies, and a guide will mush his or her own team in the front. We will head for a wilderness cabin, where we will stay for the night. Soon we’ll have the wood stove red hot and we’ll all help taking care of the dogs, before they curl up and go to sleep…hopefully someone will spot the northern lights flaming above our heads! The next day we’ll head our dogteams back to the kennel and you will have to say goodbye to your dogteam…We’ll drive you back to your hotel.
